Webflow
Connect Webflow to Hyper so that you and your team can ask about your sites, CMS content, pages, and form submissions in plain language. Hyper reads your Webflow data through the Webflow Data API. Hyper changes Webflow only when you ask, and only after you approve each change.
Before you start
- Install the Hyper desktop app for macOS or Windows from heyhyper.ai/download, and sign in.
- Use a Webflow account that can access the sites that you want to connect.
Connect Webflow
- In Hyper, select the Settings button at the top of the sidebar.
- Select Connectors.
- Under Available, select Webflow.
- Select Connect. Webflow opens in your browser.
- Select the sites or workspaces that Hyper can use, then select Authorize App.
- Go back to Hyper. Webflow moves to Connected, and Hyper starts its first sync. A large site can take a few minutes.
To refuse access, select Cancel on the Webflow screen. Hyper then gets no access, and Webflow stays under Available.
Ask about your sites
Start a chat in Hyper and ask a question. For example:
- What are the five newest posts on our blog in Webflow?
- Who is on our team page, and what does each person do?
- Which pages does our Webflow site have, and what SEO title does each one use?
- Who signed up for our newsletter through the Webflow form?
Hyper answers with the data from your connected sites.
Approve every change
When a request needs a change in Webflow, Hyper shows an approval card in the chat before it makes the change. The card names the change. Select Deny to stop it, Allow this time to allow only this change, or Allow always to let Hyper make this type of change again without asking.
A CMS item that Hyper creates stays a draft. Hyper publishes only when you ask it to publish.
Hyper never adds scripts or other code to your site on its own. If you ask Hyper to apply a registered script, the approval card names the script and where it will run. You can see and remove the script in Webflow.
What Hyper can access
Webflow asks you to approve this access when you connect. Hyper reads data to answer your questions. Hyper makes a change only when you ask and approve it.

| CMS | Collections and items, such as posts, authors, and team members | Create and update items, as drafts unless you ask to publish |
| Pages | Pages and their SEO settings | Update page settings |
| Forms | Forms and form submissions | Update or delete a submission |
| Assets | Images and files | Upload an asset |
| Comments | Comment threads | Reply to a thread |
| Components | Component content | Update component content |
| Custom code | Scripts registered or applied on a site | Apply a registered script to a site or page |

Hyper also reads the Webflow account that authorized it, the branches of a site, and the site activity log. It does not change these.
Keep answers current
Hyper checks your connected sites for changes every few minutes, and Webflow tells Hyper about new changes as they happen. Answers therefore show recent content, form submissions, and orders.
Disconnect Webflow
- In Hyper, open Settings and select Connectors.
- Under Connected, select Webflow.
- Select Connected accounts, open the menu for your account, and select Disconnect.
